Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery timelines vary based on your selected shipping method and destination. For domestic shipments, transit usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. International deliveries may require additional time due to customs clearance. Seasonal peaks or unforeseen circumstances could occasionally extend these estimates, but we proactively monitor all shipments to minimize delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer flexible shipping options tailored to your needs:
  • Standard Shipping (10–15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60. Free for orders totaling $60 or more.
  • Table Rate Shipping (5–10 Business Days): $25 for orders under $60. Free expedited shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders over $60.
All costs are displayed transparently during checkout, with no hidden fees.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia and Oceania. Due to evolving logistics regulations, certain destinations may experience temporary restrictions. Customers will be notified during checkout if their location is ineligible for delivery. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. For consolidated orders with multiple items, tracking updates may reflect individual shipment progress. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to carrier disruptions or customs inspections. If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number. For lost packages, we initiate trace procedures with carriers and provide replacements or refunds per our Refund Policy.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may incur customs fees, taxes, or import duties determined by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend consulting your country’s customs office to estimate potential costs before placing an order. TimelessLoks cannot reimburse or adjust declared values for tax purposes.
