Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Vogue, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). The following items are exempt from being returned: personalized/customized products, intimate apparel, and items marked as final sale.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number
2. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging
3. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation
4. Ship the package to our return center (address provided upon authorization)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

The timing of your refund depends on your payment provider's processing time. Credit card refunds typically appear within one billing cycle. For payments made via PayPal, refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you've verified with your financial institution and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within 3 business days.
